Round, convex base with a second round, convex circle of metal in the center; the hollow cylindrical shaft, connected to the center of the base by a square bolt and rivet/nail, has a vertical hole cut in the side for the push-up handle (missing); shaft has a wide lip that angles in; a short metal tab, part of the lip, is bent down to form a hanging handle
