Little boy in a wool child's Inverness Coat (double caped jacket with sleeves). He holds his hat, small round with turned up brim appears to be wool of a pale color. Pants are full length and full (fairly young to be wearing "adult" pants already), appears to be wearing a tie as well of some sort.
