Description

Petticoat of heavy plain white cotton, entirely hand stitched. Hand embroidered eyelets forming hem with double garland centered with daisies. Very full, gathered into waistband. Pocket in right seam. Even without the front tablier, could this have been intended for wear with a fancy dressing gown or a short white jacket.
