Description

Entirely hand-stitched infant petticoat made of white cotton. Long gathered skirt enclosed with 4.5” waistband of heavier cotton. Ayrshire eyelet edging all around, with insertion above of fine tape rikrak. Slit opening finished with tiny buttonhole stitching at the bottom and a bar tack.
