Description

Entirely machine-stitched infant petticoat made of rather coarse unbleached cotton. Deep waistband made of sleazy thin cotton, poorly assembled. The skirt was enclosed by casually placing it under the presser foot without gathering it first. 4 rows of pintucks near the hem. Very nicely made knit border with a diagonal sawtooth design.
