Cloak of cotton in a dark blue resist print featuring stripes of green dots in groups of three and very abstracted floral sprigs, interlined with wool, and lined with off-white cotton. Wide collar, stiffened with interfacing and pad-stitching, and edged with self-fabric piping and ruffle; it is set onto a yoke that holds main body of cloak as well as a mid-length outer cloak. Body ends in a plain hem, but mid-length layer ends in piping, a bias band, and a ruffle. Very small remnants of self-fabric ties at neck edge; there is also a tiny piece of brown-printed cotton sewn further along the neck that may also be a tie remnant. Hand sewn.Collection
