Coat of silk velvet, printed with patterned vertical and diagonal patterned stripes on a dark blue ground, interlined thinly, faced with purple silk taffeta, and lined with light brown glazed cotton. Jewel neckline, which holds an arm-length cloak edged with brown silk fringed trim. Body of coat is unshaped except for flare outward; long, straight sleeves.
