Main body of pin is likely some silver pot metal gilded with gold or a gold-plated metal. It is bent in a half-moon shape with a copper bird that has decorative markings on its body which has been soldered to the top. This style likely influenced by Japanese metal crafts. Tube hinge and c clasp. Pin stem extends beyond the clasp. There is a 3/8" gap between the gilded metal plate and the pin stem.
