Description

Entirely hand-stitched toddler suit made of blue cotton velveteen. Top (a) - is pleated vertically front and back. High neck bound with black silk. Slight pagoda sleeves. Entirely lined with brown PW cotton. Domed brass plated buttons down the center front, along shoulder seams, and around the waistband. Hook and eye closure. Pants (b) - reworked recently. Straight legs come to mid-calf, with 2 slanting welt pockets in front. Wide fall front, 3 brass buttons on each side. The waistband probably was cut off at the seamline. The legs seem not too short. No indication of buttons near the hem.
