Bizarre construction of fine white cotton in the form of a band, like a waistband to which is attached a cotton cloth, skirt-fashion, having vertical bands of hand needlerun lace insertion. The band is crudely darted every few inches, and the cloth has been slashed away. One edge retains the perimeter of an embroidered motif that looks very similar to No. 2009.041.20.Collection
