Description

Pair of slippers or shoes made of what appears to be a calendared design on ivory silk rep, giving a moire effect. Hand stitched. Bound with ivory grosgrain ribbon, lined with white kid, insole of white cotton. Straights, square toes, square throat, heeless. No ties. No label or other marks. These were made of the same material as the dress described below. 3 stamped holes in the sole. This has been referred to as a wedding ensemble (dress, shoes, stockings, mitts) by the dealer
