Young gentleman, about 35. Wool frockcoat with contrasting black velvet collar upper. Notched collar, high with medium thickness. Waistcoat of wool, possibly matching. Single-breasted with medium-deep shawl collar. Watch chain visible. White turndown collar, with black silk bowtie. Black trousers, not too full. Half-break at boot/shoe. Hair is brushed back without a part. No mustache, but full beard. Subject is unknown.
