Fashion plate depicting two men, two women, and a girl. The first man is wearing a black tailcoat over a white waistcoat with blue dots and black pantaloons. The girl is wearing a purple dress with long, tight sleeves with double mancherons. White fur trim borders the hem of her dress and matching pantalettes. On her head, a pink bonnet. The first woman is wearing a pale blue coat with black lace trim and large hanging sleeves. The bodice is black with mancherons and is corded at the waist. Below, her dress is bright blue. On her head, a maroon bonnet with lavender plumes. The second woman is wearing a pink dress with full sleeves and puffed mancherons. Frills decorate the edge of the wide collar and continue down the front of the skirt. On her head, a white cap with a pink ribbon at the crown. The second man is wearing a navy-blue coat with red plaid lining. Underneath, abrown coat and white pinstriped pantaloons. Both men have top hats and canes.
