Rolled gold, stamped metal. Metal wrapping around a plate so there are no sharp edges. On the back is a round hinge and safety clasp that has a hood to prevent the pin stem from poking the wearer and accidental unfastening of the pin. The back finding design was patented by the Doran Co. of Providence, RI. Stamped on the back is PAT1904 DORAN PROV 1" long 2/16" wide. Matches 2025.16.133Collection
