Sash buckle pin in two tones in shape of oval. Oval is a heavy brass with two heavy silver-toned (possibly sterling) tongues. Purchased in France. On back is tube hinge, c-clasp, the pin stem is wrapped around the center of the tube hinge and extends beyond the c-clasp.
