Sash Pin in shape of a diamond with points centered with a cameo. Brass formed of molded metal that looks like filigree wire. There are leaves and flowers as part of the decoration. The metal is not flat. Cameo appears to be a white shell (?) in relief of Greek woman in profile. Cameo may also be made of chalcedony. Backed by narrow bar of brass running the width of entire piece. Thick pin stem with c-clasp and thick tube hinge. Back is stamped with a diamond with "MR" in diamond. 3" long 1 3/4" wideCollection
