Silver (sterling?) stickpin topped with a silver ball. There are indentations along the shaft to help it stick in cloth. Attached to the stick pin is a seated Liberty dime, dated 1877, that on the reverse side has been smoothed and engraved with, from the top, a half circle of notches, 2 stems with leaves, the initials C.F.H., triangular decorations and Greek key 1/2 circle.
