The Lundy House, located at 56 Sharon Avenue East is a Pivotal Structure. The house is a small frame house built by Michael Dooley, a prominent builder in early Glendale. It is a fine example of an American Farmhouse style building. Folder contains pencil sketch of house before renovations in 1938. During work to add an addition in 2003, in an area that may have been the outhouse, a number of artifacts were found including a mortar shell that is believed to date to the War of 1812 and Civil War era items.
