Scope and Content

The Hellebush-Probasco House, a Pivotal Structure, is located at 120 Fountain Avenue East. It was built in the American Craftsman style. A unique feature is the octagonal gazebo built into the corner of the porch featuring turned columns with a bead and rung frieze. By the 1970s, the house had been lived in by only two families. A two story gable roofed frame board and batten sides carriage house stands to the north of the house.
