The Distler House, a Contributing Structure, is located at 785 Greenville Avenue. Land was originally part of D. Finney property with a house facing Pine Avenue (now Magnolia). . By 1883, it was part of the McLaren property. Source: Comprehensive Survey Report One of a trio of houses said to have been built for three sisters. The trio of houses is also known as "Rat Row".
