The house, located at 155 Magnolia Avenue, was built in 1961-62 by Henry and Emma Woods. Details from the Woods' former home at 820 Ivy Avenue were copied for the new house. Many older architectural pieces were incorporated into the house. The builder was Mr. Abbott who lived on Chester Road.
