This house, a Contributing Structure located at 830 Woodbine Avenue, was built in 1916. According to the Ohio Historic Inventory it is one of the "finest, most characteristic and best preserved examples of this type of house in Glendale".
According to the current owners, Harry Price was the architect and builder. They purchased the house from Mrs. Troy Phillips who had lived in the house since 1917 and was the daughter of Veit Schoenberger thought to be the original owner.
