Scope and Content

This house, located at 120 Oak Street, is a Pivotal Structure. It is a late Victorian era house which was renovated in the Colonial Revivial Style in the 1920s. It is the home of two well known Glendale residents. Angeline Faran, the editor of the "Village of Glendale Ohio Centennial 1855-1955". She lived in the house in the 40s and 50s. Addison currently lives in the house. Addison Clipson is a well known architect in the Village.
