Scope and Content

This house, a Contributing Structure, was built c. 1905 and is located at 75 Fountain Avenue East. Beginning in 1925, the house was occupied by members of the Kite family for 70 years. In 1932, a one story addition, designed by Archibald Dennison, was added. In 2003, board and battend siding and stone facing was used to cover up the addition's concrete blocks Source: Comprehensive Survey Report.. Seven of the original deeds for this property along with two letters regarding the property are located in the fire proof cabinet.
