Scope and Content

This house, a Contributing Structure, was built c. 1909 for Guy and Mae Taylor who owned the property until 1963. It is listed on the Ohio Historic Inventory as one of the finest Craftsman style houses in Glendale. The address is 15 Fountain Avenue East. The current owners (as of 2009) have the original architectural drawings, a portion of which is in the folder for this house along with a portion of the 1908 survey.
