This house, a Contributing Structure, was built in 1927. It is known as the Edgar R. Moeser House. The architect was Stanley Matthews. An architectural drawing of the house is located in the Map Case. Other owners: Jay F. and Carol Houpt Anthenen, Stephen and Renee Locker. "Happy" Sawyer also appears on one of the photograph labels.
The house is a Colonial Revival residence.
