Set of documents by Bill James Cook regarding the Old Methodist Graveyard also known as the Morse Family Cemetery which was located in Sycamore Township. Oak road in its early days ran eastward toward the Lebanon Pike.
This was a church yard cemetery. The church was torn down around the time of the Civil War. The cemetery remained until the 1940s. What may remain of it is now is in an industrial area.
Members of the Morse, Perlee and Pendery familes are buried here.
