This house, a Contributing Structure, is locaed at 925 laurel Avenue. It was built in 1922. Ruth Gordon is listed as the earliest owner. Located on this same property is a log cabin that originally stood on the property of Mr. Charles Davis who used the site as his summer residence. This log cabin was moved to 110 East Fountain Avenue and used as a playhouse. Eventually Mr. Harry Gordon bought the cabin and moved it to its present location.
