Two lace bands and 3 inverted pleats; lace standup collar with spiral boning on either side of neck, full 3" below collar is insert panel of embroidered pinwheel circles (2), flowers; four lace inserts; 4 tiny inverted pleats in 3 repeats over the shoulder 4 inverted pleats, lace insert; 4 inverted pleats and 1-3/4" self fabric, skirt-line-one cording; front section - 40 inverted pleats that circle the waistline except for 4" self fabric panel; hemline at 21" above hemline embroidered eyelet pinwheel pattern - 7" repeat circles the skirt and finishes up as final fabric for hemline.
