Jacket-Cape, ladies, fancy outer garment.
Collar: fine white sheer organdy gathered in multi-ruffles around "V" neckline; outer edge of ruffle is sewn 1/8" black velvet; Organdy 22" ties extended the length of cape front; 8" below ruffles at center front is 1/4" velvet tab to hold gathered organdy together; organdy is drawn tightly to make a puffy ball ending with 3-1/8" black velvet streamers.
Sleeve, tailored cap; large bell flare (11-1/2"); outer layer of sleeve is black decorative open 6 tabs in back with rhinestone holder lace with floral bouquet embroidery, scalloped edge finished sleeve; Under sleeve is silk ribbed taffeta shaped like pagoda (shorter insider sleeve seam, longer on outer seam) taffeta is finished with self rolled hem and applied over rolled hem is minute silk organdy pleated 3" ruffle which extends beyond the black outer lace - double pleated organdy ruffles; below the ruffles is a 4" folded white organdy which extends below ruffle visually 1-1/2".
Bodice: 66" curved hemline; Under bodice is white twill satin attached 3" above hemline is minute white multi-pleated ruffle which is viewed below embroidered black lace 1/2"; satin twill has rolled hem. Reinforced arms-eye of black embroidered lace; 6 black ribbon tabs attach under organdy color and extend 3" out onto bodice and secured with rhinestone facete. Under the tabs 3 on each side of front collar edge hold in place additional bunched black lace.Acquisition
