Black Silk and Lace BlouseDescription
Long sleeve black silk blouse with stand-up collar of lace and 3 mini tucks 2-3/8" deep (3" at back) with silk crepe cotton lace 1" in depth on top of collar and 6 stays (3 at center front) back closure 20-1/2" in length 4 hooks and eyes on collar 12 on the blouse. Brown twill tape machine stitched 3-1/4" from lower edge. Hem rolled machine stitched 3/8" deep. 3 machine rows of minute tucks on collar. Felt seam secures collar to bodice. Lace insertion creating V from shoulder center front first point is 2-3/4" and second V is 5" from collars edge and third is 7-3/4" from collars edge. Lace open cutout design. Self fabric between V's has satin stitch button holes creating wreath -- 9 in first and 12 in second V. Lower part of bodice are 4 machine stitches at arms-eye and 5/8" large tucks and 5 small machine tucks and 1 large at 5/8" and 5 minute tucks and 3/8" width tuck at center front and 5 minute tucks again. Continue on other side. Additional fullness is gathered in 3" from hem of blouse. Side are absent. Set in sleeve with large puff at top. Sleeve under arm seam 17-1/2" with 3" of lace and 2 bands of self fabric 5/8" wide separates lace and trim edge. Blouse is lined with silk and machine stitched with darts and seam is 10-1/2". Extension of lining at center back of 2" and hooks and eyes are secured to lining of bodice. Back bodice has 5 tucks vertical -- 1 from collar and 1 from shoulder both 5-1/2" long.Acquisition
