Black Cotton Blouse

Description

Blouse, shiny black cotton; jewel neckline with stand-up ruffled organdy collar (tear in ruffle). Style: 4 inverted pleats on either side of center front with 5 inverted stitched down pleats at center next to shoulder/sleeve area is a 5" tuck on bodice front; center back has two tucks on either side of center back 1" panel of self fabric; 2" space than additional 5 tucks from yoke to hemline; repeated on both sides of center back. Sleeves: full length puffed cap; there are 3 sets of 5 tucks per set along sleeve: one at armband, one at elbow,and one at wrist; black decorative cording applies to last 1" of sleeve; decorative yoke of black open net which is applied over cotton blouse; machine stitched flower/leaf pattern on open netting; front close of 7 hook/eyes with 1-1/2" panel to hide hook closure.
