Marty O'Donnell began working at Renneckar's Pharmacy in the mid-1940s. He took over the pharmacy after the death of Carl Renneckar in the 1960s. He expanded the business in the 1980s to include Marty's Hallmark Corner which was located in the same building as Renneckar's.
