Long Evening Coat

Description

Ladies long black evening coat; 5/8" black braid outlines coat's edge, neckline, front and hem; Decoration is 4 braided frogs front closure on right front section braid outlines with 1/8" space between braid a double black cord which follows same areas as braid; Applied 3" width loops, 'X' formation with trapezoid base, two additional loops with large 'X' form with trapezoid base as center back, repeats on other side; starts on center front and continues over shoulder to center back and mirrors other side. Tailored puffed capped sleeve has 2-1/2" rolled back cuff; 7/8" black braid with double cord decorates cuff, perpendicular to cuff bottom is a double width braid sewn together; 3" hem is machine stitched satin lining and outer wool coat together; blind stitch turns hem up and sewn to lining.
