White silk doll dress, fancy: Neckline, jewel scoop with two rows of gathering to create a shirred appearance; stand-up 1/2" ruffled netting for edge of collar; Large exaggerated puff sleeves with 1-1/2" length stiffen cuffs puffed sleeve is gathered at base which falls over the cuff for only a 3/4" view of cuff; Bodice and skirt attach at waistline both are gathered; a silk satin 1/2" ribbon is belt at waist; center front is a clasp of clear glass beads drawn together by thread (6 beads) in 3 vertical rows. Skirt is 9" long with 2-1/4" hem sewn on the outside with an elongated feather stitch; back close.
