Lady's blouse, white cotton eyelet yoke puffed sleeve with self fabric ruffled stand-up collar with 1-1/4" rolled machine stitched outer edge. Center front length is 19-5/8". Machine embroidered yoke portion is 4-7/8" in length and pattern on this is a diamond horizontal, diamond pattern machine embroidered and on horizontal line. Scalloped ruffled machine embroidery is attached to the corner of the yoke line from sleeve to sleeve. Puffed sleeve at underarm seam is 4-1/2" and outer edge of puffed sleeve is 11-1/2". Multi gathered front part of cap on sleeves. Sleeve edge is machine rolled hem 1/4" wide. 1-1/2" from sleeve edge is attached 1/4" elastic which is 7" in length to gather up edge of sleeve. Front bodice has 2 darts of 9" from hemline to bust point. Underarm seam is 12-1/2". Center back button close. There are 4 white buttons. Machine stitched button holes. 2 back darts 9" length.
