Wedding Attire - Bodice

Description

Dress bodice: Cream color, silk taffeta and lace; style: double layer outer layer of lace, under layer of silk taffeta; neckline is a jewel with a 2" stand-up embroidered lace collar. Puff sleeves, over-exaggerated; end of sleeves has a 2" self ruffle; bodice has 9 bones (stays): front opening. Under-layer: silk taffeta; style: jewel neckline of 1/8" plain roll hem done by a hand running stitch. Bodice closing is 7 hook and eyes. Waistline edge has a ruffle. Decorative bows at top, bottom and middle of each bone (stay) inside section of bodice. At waist attached inside is a twill ribbon waist cincher with hook and eye close. Outer-layer has a large lace overlay collar that is pleated and then gathered to fit neckline; 2 ecru lace inserts front and back; 3 repeats in 'V' shape - 3" satin cummerbund comes to 'V' in front; front close is hook and eye.
