Note
Two notes were inside the front cover of the cookbook. One is an old accessions form mostly left blank bar number of pages and the inscription field. The other note is locations of prominent Glenview Family Names contained in the book.
There is a second copy of this cookbook with an additional page and correction attacthed to a slip of paper. The extra page has "Friendship, Page" on the front and "past Matrons and past Patrons, Glenview Chapter No. 862 O.E.S." on the back.
