Context
A telephone exchange was installed at the house in 1903. Horace McCullen's wife was the switchboard operator. The exchange was moved to Rugen Stores in 1909.

Deed of Gift found in August 2026 for "1 picture of the first telephone exchange at the McCullen house 1785 Glenview Road", deed dated 7/9/2002 and signed by donor Delores Poynter. Description matches 2024.14.2 and is possibly this object.
