Jan 25-82
Dear Miss Johnston,
I'm sending you the lots you bid by phone
you asked for. Thank you for the jobs.
You asked how long it would take to clean the
Allen lot. About 2 1/2 days and about the same on the
Autry lot. In [illegible] words about a week on both.
Let me explain some of what I do. Granite, marble,
stalin marble, concrete, bronze, & brick, all take
a different chemical. When the stone is covered in
fungus like these are, the chemical softens ti, then
I use brushes to scrub them. Then I paint them
down again, wash down and scrub again till clean.
On the Allen lot the marble is black but will be
white when I'm [illegible]. On my bids, I try to figure
how much material will be used, how much
scrubbing will have to be done, and how long it
will take me. I will take pictures before & after.
I am looking forward to getting the list of lots
you said you had stated on. Lot sfor me to bid
on. I promised I will do chem as cheap as I can but
do feel free to get other bids. Thanking you again
