There is an inscription of 73179 Sentinel B-D Rutherford N J. b) One Clear round plastic tube with two black plastic caps on both ends of the tube and a metal strip wrapped around the tube near one of the caps.
c) One rectangular cardboard lid painted gold and brown and one rectangular cardboard base painted blue. On the Lid are the words Sentinel Certified Fever Thermometer
d) One rectangular sheet of off white paper with black text and pattern boarder. July 26' 48 is printed on the Certificate.
