Description

Metal tassels at bottom are attached to a rectangular piece of fabric divided into three strips of colour (left: orange; centre: purple; right; blue). The bottom contains the inscription: RICHMOND L.O.L. NO. 151 RICHMOND. A pale yellow button is located above the inscription; the button contains depictions of a bible, public school, and man on a horse, as well as the inscriptions AUGHRIM, ENNISKILLEN, DERRY 1688, BOYNE 1690. Text at bottom reads WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK N.J. Two red flags appear above the button, below a depiction of a man on a horse; the man on horseback appears in the centre of two dates (1688 on the left and 1690 on the right). Two metal tassels hang down from each side of the ribbon. The back of the ribbon is made from black fabric and contains the inscription IN MEMORIUM at the top. The centre contains a depiction of a man on a horse; an inscription surrounding the image reads: IN GLORIOUS PIOUS & IMMORTAL MEMORY OF KING WILLIAM III. The inscription RICHMOND L.O.L. NO. 151 RICHMOND appears at the base of the ribbon. A metal pin is affixed to the top of the ribbon.
