The front has a coloured image of a young sailor boy leaning against the rails of a ship at sea. There is text at the bottom that reads, 'They all love Jack. Then if love's the best of all that can a man befall, why Jack's the King of all, for we all love Jack.' There is a green one cent George V postage stamp, and a Richmond cancellation stamp dated December ?4, illegible year. It is addressed to Miss Myrtle Davis 334 Nairn Ave, Winnipeg Man. The message reads [possible errors] 'Hello Mrytle, How is times out there I suppose you are having many a sleigh drive. There is now sleighing [?] yet. [?] you send me that [?] as you have time is send their to others [?] don't forget me, Herbert.'
