This object is the release of the last will and testament of Andrew Faulkner. This document was witnessed by Martha McCoy. The name Jean Johnston has been crossed out with a black handwritten ink; this occurs in the body of text on the front as well as on the title page located on the back. The name Martha McCoy is written by hand above these crossed out areas. The document is dated 1898. This release refers to the will and testament held within the museum collection (001.2.35.1a-c). The support is a cream colored piece of paper. The medium is a blue printed ink. A blank ink has been used to fill in and mark the page by hand. There is a circular red seal in the shape of a cog with pointed teeth located on the proper left side of the front slightly below the vertical mid point.
The title page appears on the back, perpendicular to the primary text, as this object was intended to be folded into a brochure form for transport and storage.Collection
