One metal conical shaped ice cream scoop with a wooden handle. The conical shaped scoop has two internal paddles that rotate with the push of a leaver located neat the handle. The top of the conical scoop has circular gear mechanism in which the leaver component is inserted. The end of the leaver has several notches removed at the end of its length which presumably insert inside the hidden gear mechanism when the lever is compressed by the user.
