This item is a circular wall clock with a circular red plastic frame surrounding the clock face. In the middle of the clock face, written in green coloured font is, "Compliments of: Atty. Francis N. Tolentino (City Mayor)." Under the number 12 on the clock face is the word, "NIKON" while above the number 6 is the word "QUARTZ." The clock has three time hands, one short thicker black coloured hour hand, one long thin black coloured minute hang, and one long slight red coloured second hand. On the reversed side of the clock is a hole for hanging the clock. Under this are the mechanical components of the clock and space for a AA style battery.
