Cardboard record album cover has a black and white image of a Loyal Orange Lodge parade taking place on an urban streetscape on the front side with an orange rectangle filling the bottom quarter of the cover. Inside the orange rectangle is the text "No Surrender" "Sam Wilson & The Loyalists" "An Emerald Record Production" which is followed by a list of song titles Protestant Boys, The Ould Orange Flute, The Aughalee Heroes, The Sash, Orange and Blue, Derry's Walls, Green Grassy Slopes of the Boyne, The Battle of Garvagh, Dolly's Brae. The reverse side of the album cover has a white background with a black and white photograph of a Orange Order parade in the bottom left corner. The top right corner has block text that reads "MONO" " ACL 7507." In large text across the width of the album cover is "NO SURRENDER." Following the song titles is a text block which reads, "This LP preserves on record twelve of the best-known marching songs used each year by Belfast's Protestant Loyalists, The Orangemen, when they gather together to commemorate the anniversary of The Battle of the Boyne on 12 July. As SAM WILSON AND THE LOYALISTS put their hearty voices to each familiar batch of lyrics we can almost picture the unfurled banners, the gaily-dressed family groups, the general atmosphere of exuberant high spirits. Here are the songs with which loyal bands of Orangemen while away the twelve or fifteen miles of tramping between Belfast's city centre and The Fields. Here is a programme title - NO SURRENDER - which symbolises the forthright determination, the honesty of purpose and the steadfast loyalty of Orangemen everywhere!"
