Description

Promotional give away item produced for the Richmond Garage. The thermometer is housed in a black coloured frame which holds a pane of glass in front of a decorative matte and the thermometer. The inner design is in an art deco style with a cream coloured background, black geometric design and gold coloured accents. A glass thermometer is attached in the middle of the frame, with temperature measurements located on both the right and left of the thermometer. The bottom of the frame includes the information about the Richmond Garage, the advertisement reads, "Richmond Garage J.E. Gamble Prop. Ford and Chrysler Products Sales and Service Telephone 3 R-24." The thermometer is hung up using a yellow coloured fabric cord attached to the reverse of the frame.
