This item is a rectangular colour printed wall art of the photographed image of Goulbourn Township sign during the Great Ice Storm of 1998. This image is printed onto a wood backing. The image on the front is of the sign for Goulbourn Township, reading, "Welcome to Goulbourn Township" with a wintery background. Attached and hanging down from the sign is thick ice. On the reversed side of the item is a carved out slot, running horizontal, for the item to be hung on a surface. On the back is also three pieces of stickers/paper, adhired to the wood. In the center of the item is a sticker label with the printed words "Loblaws" followed by a barcode and the numbers 5403. In the top corner of this sticker label in light green pen in all caps is "ice storm 1998". Beside this sticker label is a thin rectangular sticker label with cursive black pen written on it, reading, "Property of Councillor Janet Stravenga, Ward 6, Goulbourn - on loan to Allan Melvzen." Along the bottom edge of the back of the item is a taped down rectangular calling card belonging to Peter Tranter - Treasurer of Village of Rockcliffe Park.
