This watercolour art print is framed in a rectangular shape dark brown wooden frame. The painting depicts the Stittsville train station building, during winter time, in Stittsville Ontario January 1966. The painting image is of a winter landscape of the train station building at Stittsville and a single individual waiting under the shelter of the building. The window to the right of the individual, has a sign with the word, "Stittville." In the bottom left corner of the painting is cursive writing in black coloured ink which reads, "Stittsville Ontario Jan 1966." In the bottom right corner is the artist signature reading, "Jeannie (?) Robertson." At the bottom of the frame's edge is a metal name plate that reads, "Donated by Tubman Funeral Homes." The reversed side of the frame is covered in a brown paper backing. On both sides of the frame are screws that hold a thin metal wire for hanging the frame. In the bottom right corner is a black buffer while on the left is the adhesive residue remains of a missing buffer. In the bottom middle is a black stamped makers mark that reads, "Stittsville Picture Framing & Studio Gallery."Artwork Details
